The idea of personal growth and development may have been around for millennia, but its modern usage is barely a century old.
Personal growth and development is a powerful way of life, a powerful way of being, and not just something to experience then file away.
Unlimited growth and development are available for people of any age. It is never too late to start, it is never ending, and it includes all areas of life.
Life is not the internal conversations that we have going around in our heads. Who we are being is a function of the conversations that we generate day to day with the people in our communities.
Choose to have conversations that are engaging, empowering to others, and about causes that are worth giving your life to.
“I believe that to meet the challenges of our times, human beings will have to develop a greater sense of universal responsibility. Each of us must learn to work not just for oneself, one’s own family or nation, but also for the benefit of all humankind. Universal responsibility is the key to human survival. It is the best foundation for world peace.”
– The Dalia Lama
Keep in mind that we are all part of a global conversation. Choose to have conversations that are in keeping with your vision of how great life can be – not just what we can have, but who we can be. There is only one thing in this reality that we ever really have the potential to control and that is who we get to be in this reality.
Once again, it’s not only about ourselves, but also about the collective whole that we all strive to be a part of.
So remember, we can do all of these things with ease. Being at ease gives us access to play and enjoyment. Inspiration comes from knowing that it isn’t difficult to bring fun into everything we do. We don’t have to wait for it to happen. We don’t have to wait for happiness. Believe that happiness is a choice and it is yours. Own it now.
We are in the beginning of a rather deep and penetrating shift in collective consciousness that is complete with its own unique singularity. Through one method or another, there are an ever-growing number of people involved in this revolutionizing of our awareness. And we thank you for joining in.
